Phone Responders

Calm and clear speech, to handle emergency calls, answer service queries and billings.

Candidates with knowledge of English and as many spoken indian languages are preferred. This post is shift based and would require own transport. Excellent training in call handling, coumputer operations, medical protocols will be provided. Salary package subject to skill levels and shift time preferences, includes PF, Insurance, other perks.

Operations Manager

This is a key and critical role, where one has to be alert and responsive all the time. The role is enterprising at the same time demanding with exposure to various areas of the organization and engagement with our service providers and customers. The individual has come with pre-requisite of certain behavioral characters such as able to handle pressure, managing volumes, manage team, responsive and proactive, manage relationship, attitude, drive process compliance, and process excellence. Adaptability, Flexible, and quick learner. Should have managed operations and team, excellent communication, excel skills.

Qualification:
Graduate / Post Graduate

No. of years of experience:
7+ in Healthcare / Aggregation (logistics) / Hospital Operations / Health Insurance Operations / e-commerce

Process Excellence and Project Management:
Lean Sigma, Green Belt / Black belt
Certified, PMP or Agile certified (Preferred, but not mandatory)

Key Areas of the role includes:
Operations:
1. Call center Management
2. Payment collection and Reconciliation - Digital, Cash, and Bank
3. Customer Service & Grievance handling
4. Vendor Activation and deactivation
5. Fleet utilization and response times
6. Managing the technology platform
7. Liaising with Finance and Operations Accounting
8. Training
9. Continuous Improvement and Performance improvement
10. Liaising with IT support team
11. Liaising with Sales Team

MIS:
● MIS Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reporting
● Supporting management in Budgeting and tracking
● Data Analysis
● Service provider performance and non-compliance

Regulatory Compliance:
● Ensure all regulatory compliance and Audit requirements are met and monitored regularly.

Team Management:
Manage operations team including call center with shift management, career planning, and performance management

Risk Management:
● Error and Incident reporting to Management
● Mitigating and Action plan

Business Development Manager

We are looking for a dynamic person who is highly passionate about sales and marketing. The individual has to be future focused, accept challenges and create new benchmarks. The individual should come from relevant industry background (Preferably Health care). The person has to be self-motivated with never say die attitude. Should manage excellent relationships with Corporates, Supply Chain, and Tertiary Service Collaborators. Manage both Management and Supplier expectations. Should come with innovative selling and marketing ideas and has proven track record.

Qualification:
Graduate / Post Graduate
Excellent Presentation skills

7+ in Healthcare / Aggregation (logistics) / Hospital Operations / Health Insurance / Tech startups

Team Management:
Manage a team of Sales personnel.

Finance and Accounts

Managing company budget, finance, and accounts. Liaising with external auditors/advisors and regulators. Tax filing, Manage Regulatory compliance. Liaise with Operations and Sales team. Support management with Board meetings, presentation, investor updates. Cost conscious and advising on saving cost and increasing profitability. Effective Cash flow management and maintain excellent relationship with Banks and Investors. Liaising with Operations team for monthly reconciliation. Annual budget and performance tracking. Expertise in GST matters.

Qualification:
Commerce Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA Finance

No. of years of experience:
7+ experience in handling the abovementioned roles
